Project Graveyard

Startup experiments that earned their rest

A curated cemetery of side bets, hackathon prototypes, and ambitious experiments. Each one sharpened my instincts and made the next build smarter.

Pulseboard

Realtime ops pulse

2019

Why it began: founders needed a single heartbeat view across ops, sales, and support. I tried to fuse Airtable + Slack bots into a live command center.

Why it paused: adoption was great but data cleanup was brutal. Without native integrations, upkeep killed momentum.

Lesson: shipping integrations needs to be day 0.

Scoutline

Pipeline intelligence

2020

Why it began: automate founder deal reviews with AI-generated briefs. Parsed CRM data + call transcripts into a ranked queue.

Why it paused: API costs scaled before revenue. Needed deeper productization that distracted from core role.

Lesson: validate pricing model before infra spend.

SprintKit

Internal product studio

2022

Why it began: template the 0→1 validation process for founders. Built a Notion + Retool combo that automated research + signups.

Why it paused: tooling fatigue—teams already drowning in apps. The win was the playbook, not the software.

Lesson: sometimes the deliverable should stay ops.
